Ana leads the Food Innovation & Quality agenda for Pizza Hut Globally. She first joined Yum! more than 25 years ago and worked across three of the Yum! brands in a number of Food Innovation and Quality roles. Ana holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidad de Costa Rica and a Master’s degree in Food Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Valencia in Spain. She is a judge at the National Restaurant Association FABI Awards, a member of the Hispanic Star. She has formed a Hispanic community in YUM supporting other fellow latins thru mentorship, self-awareness, career growth and finding their voices and passion.
