FRED PHILLIPS

Fred Phillips was born and raised in Houston, TX and has degrees from Cornell, Oxford, and Yale Universities. He began his career as an attorney, working as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the US Court of Appeals, and then in the honors program of the Justice Department, and finally as a financial services lawyer for an international law firm. After a Fulbright Scholarship, he directed investments in financial technology companies for ABN AMRO and then The Carlyle Group, both global private equity funds. He is now the founder and CEO of Investor Cash Management.
