Jeronimo Escudero leads Procter and Gamble’s (P&G) efforts to reinvent media through consumer data and digital technology. He is currently leading company-wide efforts to modernize how P&G brands collect, analyze, and use data for stronger brand building. He is a passionate advocate for equality and inclusion, playing a leadership role in P&G’s U.S. Hispanic employee resource network, responsible for shaping P&G’s efforts as a force for good towards U.S. Hispanics, and strengthening integration with P&G categories and external stakeholders. He also leads efforts to advance recruiting, retention, and talent development for the brand function. Jeronimo currently lives in Cincinnati with his wife and three daughters.
