As a people development specialist of over 20 years, Dr Melanie Rodriguez is CEO of Elevate Latinas, a leadership development and coaching firm focused on diversifying the corporate leadership pipeline. Melanie serves as an executive coach and consultant in the areas of inclusion, leadership development, human systems change, and organizational capability. Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge about multicultural and multi-generational differences and how to leverage and integrate them to create organizational cultures that value the individual while building a sense of belonging for all. She and her wife Cindy have two amazing children Arianna and Isaias.
