Maria was born in Mexico. She moved to the US with her family when she was 5 years old. Maria has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from The Pennsylvania State University. She enjoys traveling to a new place every year. An interesting fact about Maria is that her family has a long history of making tacos. It started when one of her uncles’ prepared tacos for a famous Mariachi singer in the 70’s. Now, her family runs a well-known restaurant/taco stand in Mexico City and another uncle has a successful taco stand in the US.
