Ruben Machaen was born in Venezuela, moved to Argentina when he was 22 years old and lived in Mexico for nine years. He earned a bachelor of journalism in Caracas and studied literature in Buenos Aires. He has worked in newspapers and TV and taught in different universities in Mexico and Venezuela. In 2022 he founded Culturizing Acces to reduce disparities, increase access, and improve the quality of language access using culturally linguistic strategies.
