Sara Diaz is a Life and Transition Coach. She is the Founder of The First Gen Madrina, LLC. Sara supports first-generation individuals and fosters awareness about mental health within the community. Her background spans child welfare, higher education, the non-profit sector, and podcasting. Sara has steered workshops on transitioning to college, effective mental health management, imposter syndrome, and the first-gen experience. Sara also trains social workers to adopt culturally responsive approaches in their work within the Latinx community. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
